I'm looking for an easy way to (manually) clean up a mailbox. If I open the Sent view to delete older emails, I don't see the difference between "important" emails, also saved in a folder, and "not important" ones, not saved in a folder.
If a sent email is present in a folder then it is there on purpose and "must" be kept, not deleted. If a sent email is not present in a folder then it's not an important one and is a candidate to be deleted.
Why does a sent email always have to be in a folder?
