Have a "For Info" field in emails as well as To, CC and BCC

We use Notes and Domino extensively for running our Projects.  We often have Status Reports that are sent to external clients that have large attachments as part of the Mail.  It would be useful to be able to just send the Information in the Email without the attachments to key stakeholders to minimiser the impact on their Inbox and their Mailfile generally.

    To minimize the impact of sending mails with attachments Domino servers should use DAOS by default. Although the mail size will count agains the mail quota of the recipient, the attachment itself will only be stored once on disk even if the mail is sent to multiple recipients.

    This is likely not going to happen as part of the standard product as the internet standard for internet mail does not allow any other fields than sendto, cc, and bcc.

    However in your environment you can of course create a modified mail template that will fit your needs.
