User defined Actions or Common Actions

it would be great to have 5 Actions that user can record scenario. 

for example I often forward mails to internal SUPPORT or ACCOUNTING Department. 

I wish I could record or programe two Actions,

1. "Forward to Support" & Remove from INBOX.  

2. Forward to Accounting" & Add Text "Please process invoice" and Remove from Inbox. 

idea is avoid template customization. If user has defined these automation actions Action buttons appears.

 or Print , Detach and Remove from INBOX. 

 

as result 1 click instead of Forward, type text, send , Click Folder, Remove from Folder , Hit OK.

    Notes used to have "smarticons" to do this function. I don't see it in version 10. I don't recall when they stopped shipping it. They should bring it back with a better UI implementation.
