Support HEI on Notes 64-bit client

Until IEI 9.0.1, IEI Installation on Notes Client machine was supported.

Since 12.0.2, There is W64 Notes Client. However, according to the release note (KB0101633), HEI doesn't support installation on Notes W64 client.

Please consider to support HEI on Notes 64-bit client.

    The customer wants HEI to work by user ID, not by server ID.

    To do this, IEI 9.0.1 is installed on the Notes client 9.0.1. Their system work with this configuration for a long time.

    Recently, he plans to upgrade this environment to 12.0.2 with the same configuration, but it is impossible because HEI no longer supports installation on Notes client.

    HCL Enterprise integrator is a server product, can you please explain why you want to run in on a client?
