Make the default IMSMO server side sync window to be unlimited or at least 365 days

Whenever an IBMer gets a new laptop, he/she has to resync his entire Notes database.

How is this different from allowing IMSMO to resync all mails in the user's mail.nsf when installed?

Notes slow molasses design was due to the genius of offline replication when it gets connected. Why doesn't IMSMO get the same treatment?

Allow scheduled windows to sync ALL mail from day 1 instead of the last 30 days by default. I know this is an NTS Config setting in the IMSMO server component.

    It is better if they increase up to 3 years data with all items including attachments.

Seemless Synchronization like Notes at least for 3 years data

currently IMSMO has lot of limitation in terms of Sync days/size etc. Because most of the users using Outlook, if IMSMO is ability to deliver seemless sync at least for 3 years with full data like Notes client then Product will get more response.
