Pull out Department field during Lookup

Client wants to add column for "IBM Address Book service provider" u
User demands to see Department info

    By editing traveler xslt file, this is possible to add department info. in order to distinguish people with same name. 

    The reason behind this request is currently the column 1,4,5 when searching IBM address book in Outlook are always duplicate, it's a stupid design.
