Restrict the usage of the server by time of day

Users in certain countries are prohibited from work related tasks such as attending a meeting past 6PM on a weekday or on weekends. This enhancement is to disallow users access to certain features via policy that applies to a specific time of day.

    No immediate plans for this feature, but by simply blocking the client ports during specific times the server usage can be prevented.

    The feature would need to be role based (or policy based) to allow users in other countries to use the service, or perhaps have elevated users (managers and IT admins) able to use the server at all times.
