Capability to stop an active Leap app

With Domino v14 customers can use up to 5 Leap apps for free, however, that does not mean one can not have more than 5 apps on the system its just max 5 of them can be active at the same time.

As of today there is no way to stop an active/running app. The work-around provided by HCL support: export the app including data, delete the app from the system, import the app once again....but do not start it.

There must be an option to handle this demand differently.
