Easier access to log files- we can't go on like this!

Please would you consider a more effective method of accessing log files for Leap Admin users:


Like many enterprise organisations, operations are often separate from server administration hence access to logs involves human communication and therefore valuable time is lost.

  • app building / debugging is sorely delayed

  • HCL cases are delayed

We need a mechanism without human touch that will allow designated Leap (Volt) Admin users the ability to download a zip archive per mouse click.

    I can only repeat what you were stating. The main problem is, that in most client side error messages there is only a general error message that gives no clue what's going on. A solution could also be to provide the full server side error within the client side error log e.g. when clicking another button "show more error detail".
