Add the ability to disregard the cadence for specific form/app/stage reminders

We need the ability to [control] disregard / override the server cadence for specific form /app / stage reminders:

1. Who needs this?
   Developers and Application owners at the time of app construction or app modification.

2. What do they want?
   Ability to set logic within the app at stage reminder. This would be a series of radio button representing the server's cadence options. The desired options could then be selected. (See attached file for screenshot simulation)

3. And why do they want it?
   We do not want to send superfluous emails.

4. Explain in detail how the feature will be incorporated to the specific use case.
   In the specific example, a user needs to take action on the exact due date hence emails send 10, 5, 2 and one day before are superfluous and create unnecessary traffic / user distraction.
