Show columns in View responses page of all Leap apps by default

Currently, there is no feature to show columns like 'itemAuthor' and 'creationTime' in View responses page of all Leap apps by defaultdefault.


The users always have to select this (by choosing Adjust and then apply form-specific column-options).


However, we want to avoid this action completely. We want to modify a property or configuration file so that, by default these columns are already there for all new leap applications.
