Support for PDF Layers when using filliable PDF as a service

The focus is on using fillable PDFs as a service. For example, let's suppose the imported PDF file has a base layer featuring input form fields and 3 static language layers:

Layer 1: 'Forms input fields'
Layer 2: 'English'
Layer 3: 'French'
Layer 4: 'German'

On service input assignments, select desired layers by means of a constant

e.g. layers 1 + 3 (Base + French) or 1 +2 (Base + English)

Given images are currently not supported as a fillable input assignment, this would help allowing app creators to pre-include say a signture.
