Allow different base URLs for different applications and also for backend

Currently you have to configure exactly one fixed base URL for all LEAP applications and the backend/editor.

In the case LEAP is running behind a reverse proxy it would be great to have the ability to assign specific base URLs for each application. This would allow to have some applications available via the external proxy URL (Extranet) and other applications will work only via the internal URL (Intranet).

Obviously each application can have only one URL which is used to generate links in mails but apart from that an application should work wether it is accessed via the internal URL or through the reverse proxy. Internal references to required resources (images, css, js, ..) should use relative paths.

In addition it would be nice the define a special base URL for the backend (editor) to seperate the managent UI from the basic users.
