read-only access on stage authorization level should disable editable page fields automatically

Hi there,

when i set authorization on specific stage level to read-only mode for specific roles these role users do only have read-access on the documents. Still when they open the documents editable fields are still editable which is confusing for users as well as for app authors. It would be intuitive for everyone in the sense of low code that when you set read-only mode on high level (stage authorization) you won't need to create hide/disable formulas on field level. When a user as only read-access this should automatically grey out all input fields. Similar to the final stage level.

They appear editable but they will not be able to save the changes. Also stage visibility rules could be used to achieve what you are after.

But yes - I agree it would be nice to show fields as read only automatically based on the permissions.
