Provide more detailed error message as well for the end user or the administrator for accessibility and usability

For both HCL Leap and HCL Domino Leap, instead of showing the error docid so the admin has to logon to the server and access the log files the actual error should be shown within a per default closed section under the basic error message. There should also be a button to be able to copy the error message to the clipboard or send it by mail.

Also it would be great if i as a customer can centrally configure a default error text that is displayed in these error messages before the section. We would like to configure a default text that instructs the user to copy the error message and send it to a specific mail address. Also on where to call for support internally.
