General adapter for integration of external systems Merged

There are many 3rd party products around Notes which customers have to use. Most popular IMSO are:
- Cisco Webex
- Zoom
- MS Dynamics
- Doc. Mgmt. Solutions e.g. iManage
- MS Teams
- Sharepoint
- Atlassian Jira
 
Build a general adapter (based on open web services) to make integration much easier!
 
This is key for future success of the Notes Client (also for the new lightweight Client)

    Sounds like an idea for a universal business adapter. Can you please describe more about how you envision this to work and what it should do?
