Resource file to limit forms and fields available when using the native "Search This View" tool bar

When trying to add conditions  using "Search This View"  ALL fields are displayed even if we don't want the users to be able to search on those fields. Also, there is no available descriptions for the fields. So if two fields look similar it could be hard for the user to tell which field to use, or if they should use it at all.

A resource file could be used to indicate what forms, fields and descriptions would be available to which views, so that when a user chooses to "Search This View" they only see what the designer intended for them to see.
