Calendaring Prefs - 'Preferred Rooms' list not 'touched' by Adminp in end user mail files.

While it won't happen often, some of our companies request that Conference Rooms either be Renamed or Removed.  While Adminp performs the necessary deeds within the Resource Reservations DB and Domino Directory, it skips over an end user's mail file 'Preferred Rooms' list.  This is a minor item but wanted to point it so development is aware.     It would be nice if rooms were removed automatically or renamed on the end user's 'Preferred Rooms' listing.

    Issue may be related to the following, no longer available on IBMs site....

    IBM Deleted Room/Resource still appears in Rooms/Resource ...

    Aug 17, 2010 · Deleted Room/Resource still appears in Rooms/Resource picker list ... A Lotus Domino® administrator deletes a Resource Reservations database, but the room/resource still appears as a selection when a user creates a meeting invitation from their Notes/Domino Calendar and opens the room/resource picker.
