restrict the deletion of the database

If you are a database administrator, you can delete applications. Moreover, it is near "copy" and "redesign" and it is easy to mistake.
Please limit the database deletion or make the warning of deletion flashy. It may be good to require a password to delete.

    I have a couple of times mistakenly refreshed design on the database of the working environment from the development server...

    I would like to have a just interface protection against that. Using the API does not prohibit - we now have our own release system.

    Backup is not real time. Also, the administrator of the information system department and the database administrator are not the same.
    Since humans can make mistakes, I think that it is wrong to propose preventive measures.

    If you call youself an admin and delete an application, go and get a new job. 

    And do not look for a job in the IT if you do not have a working backup.
