Make the defaults consistent with established Windows shortcut i.e select all - CTRL-a and in French CTRL-t

Also, make the default shortcuts consistent between languages and drop the translations.
And there is some other context too. We should have possibility to save and load the shortcuts setting, be able to have global shortcuts settings etc.
Definitely a good idea. This would also finally give us a chance to fix some odd keyboard shortcuts in non-English versions of Notes (like e.g. Ctrl-E for searching in the German version).
