Make the [attachment "xyz.docx" deleted by <user name> ] - message configurable

When reply-ing or forwarding without attachments, the attachments are replaced by a message like "[attachment "xyz.docx" deleted by ] .

Although this message tells you where to retrieve the attachment if needed , my company would like to be able to manipulate this message and remove the user name, especially for emails going out to the internet.

    This is already acheivable using code, we've changed ours to "Removed for security reasons" !

    In addition to the request, the customer would like to log the results in a hidden field for audit reasons so this can be checked internally, but is not sent outside.
