Add install option to specify working folder by using Notes Interim Fix installer

Our customer are installing latest Interim Fix on 9.0.1 Standard Notes client.

They complaint us installation takes so long time for completion.  It takes about an hour to complete.

If they unload Antivirus app and install Hotfix,  then it will finish within 15 mins.   But most of the customer want to install without disabling Antivirus app.

 

Antivirus app has a feature to configure exception folders from scanning.  So they tried as below, but it didn't work: 

- Except Notes program, Data directory from virus scanning.

- Extract installer files in other folder and set exception  from virus scanning.

 

But if  they except Temp folder from scan, the issue solved.

However they don't want  to add System Temp folder into exception folder settings for security reason.

If we can change working folder path that exclusive use by Interim Fix Installer,  they can add exception folder in advance.   
And they can avoid performance problem by Antivirus.
