Fix annoying text selection bug Introduced in Notes 10 and remaining present in Notes 11

Ever since Notes 10 there has been a bug in selecting text in a Rich text field.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a new email

2. Create a list of items in the body

3. Place the cursor at the top of the list

4. Hold down the shift key and use arrow down to select each row in the list

5.  Once you have gone to the first black line beneath the list hit Arrow left to ensure only the list contents are selected.

Result

The entire text selection is lost.

This is not how text selection worked in every version of Notes up to Notes 9. Nor is it the same in any text editing application (Notepad, Notepad++, MS Word etc) - even this Rich Text box that I'm typing in now follows the normal behaviour that the steps above prescribe.

It needs fixing because when you want to bullet a list using the above process you can only do so, by adding a bullet to the blank line below the list and then using extra clicks to remove it, which is absurd.
