Re introduce the Letter Heads lost in V11

Whilst I fully support the need to modernise the Notes Client, I feel the  focus should not be simply to make it look and feel like every other 'generic' mail system, some of the unique character of Notes can be retained.

Our business uses the mail letter heads extensively, creating bespoke ones for departments and individuals. It gives a nice personal touch to things, changing the options available for Christmas time etc. I had hoped it would be made easier to add new ones, but now find that in the interest of getting as much removed from the page as possible has resulted in them being dropped altogether.

Such a shame, can we have them back please. There is masses of white space in the header section across the entire screen, so they do not create a conflict with anything else. 

I'm sure this won't be a great vote winner, but it is a nice differentiating touch which has been there from at least V5, such a shame to lose it.
