Make multiple use of photo in Domino Directory.

Rather than keep tinkering with individual photo issues, end the Photo issue for all products fully once and for all.

Use a Domino Directory Photo for Person or Mail Group doc controlled by Admins to be used in:

  • The space from the V11 removed Letter Head in Notes Emails,  allowing a personal or a mail group photo email letterhead. (I'm sure the original designers of Notes would have done this back in the day rather than the letterhead images had photos been so readily available)
  • Sametime photo
  • Verse On Premises photo in received emails instead of the initials circles.
  • Traveler Photo in received emails
  • As an option for adding to a signature in Verse OP, Traveller and Notes.
  • Allow access for developers in (say) web or XPages development.

    If there is some rediculous GDPR ruling stopping it then investigate a way round it, like requiring the individual to add the photo or something. There must be a way to achieve it.
