Add a dial button in contacts for desktop-phone dailing (cti)

i'm tired of typing my phone numbers from notes to the desktop phone (which is connected to the telephone system). CTI is already there but the connector in notes is missing. 

Proposal: make a market place for those small things like connectors (can also be payed) and create a community environment which the programmer gets payed like the apple appstore.)

i like to have a connector for my fritzbox here in germany so that the dialing can be done by a click on my mac.  (it works already with some foreign tools and adressbooks, but not in notes 9.)

This wold be a standalone feature (on macbook) and it would take maybe only some lines of programming. Maybe describe the connection-parameters so that everyone can adapt it in the contacts template.
