Option to remove a server from File Open Application

If servers go away / Organisations change, Users and Admins are faced with the old Servername sticking around in the client forever in

a) List of Servers in Crtl-O (File Open Application).

b) List of replicas of Database icons

c) Most likely Bookmarks (I don't really use them)

I am not aware of any obvious way to  at least a) (which might be the low hanging fruit - which is to me the most nerve killing one, too.).

I also have old servers from year 1999 in within my list of servers which is really annoying!

I also tried to remove every occurrence bookmark on my workspace, but this is also not easy with a big workspace with 1000+ bookmarks...

I also tried to find old bookmarks by pressing F9 on all workspace pages, but with no succes regarding the old server names...
