Drag & Drop attachment from email direct to any web application.

Notes client, dragging attachment direct from email to any web application (example cloud) or directly to Skype doesn't work.  Attachment uploads to web application as 0 bytes!

    for Verse there should be the same feature. Gmail works, I can drag-n-drop email attachment from gmail web interface to my desktop on win10. and I can't do it while in Verse

    when using Outlook or Thunderbird there is no such issue. HCL support says this behavior as designed. we ask to add this feature in future releases
    quite a common case: a user gets an email with document scan and wants to drag-n-drop it to portal or workflow system. when using another mail client it work as expected
