Provide an easy way to add logos to outbound MIME message letterheads

Currently custom logos can be added for mail sent internally, where the recipients have access to the image resources in the mail template/database.   Some Notes users would like to be able to include their company letterhead wiht a logo on all emails they send, including mail sent to people external to the company, and they would like to be able to do this in a easy to implement manner.

    Internet mails are sent in mime format, and the mime standard does not contain any definition of a 'letterhead'. The only way to send your own logo as part of the mail is to use the mail footer.

    Within the mail footer you can already now include the company logo.
