Time out functionality for Notes Client in Replication

Set time out functionality in Notes Client for replication when Domino servers are not reachable or poor network connectivity between Notes client to Domino server.

    The timeout is configurable in the port settings of the Notes client. Furthermore please upgrade to Notes 11.0.1 where significant improvements have been made when connecting to Domino servers on slow/faulty networks.
