Great to see how big the interest is in our product, therefore we set up a series of webcasts to explain how simple and easy a integration can be done direct via the Notes Client into the various world of video-conference, like Zoom, Webex, MS Teams and GoToMeeting without programming or changes on the mailtemplate. I found a free 14 days trial on their new english website. https://notes2conf.de/en/free-test/. Easy integration withhin minutes, as it just is seen by Domino as a Sametime server. So full integration of Teams etc.

I just found out there is a smart gateway for scheduling meetings directly from Notes Client into the videonferencing world like Zoom, GoToMeeting or MS Teams, maybe this is something interesting for us all: https://notes2conf.de/ the website is still in german, but I send them a inquiry via mail and get back a response in english, quickly.
There is a plugin on the market which does not need any mail template change, local installation etc. It is uses like a Sametime server, so a single entry at the server. We're using Teams as a lot of our customers do. A plugin is highly recommended by our company as users are complaining about the difficulties ti handle several calendars and also have a lot difficulties to invite other external users to Teams sessions.
Zoom could do it, HCL should also be able to do it.
I Prefer Sametime/Connections/Zoom before MS Teams. Never switch to O365/Outlook.
Companies not change from O365 / Teams to sametime. They will switch Notes to Outlook :-(
