HCL Domino Ideas Portal

Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Support certificates stored on USB tokens with a special secured area

According to eIDAS, all GOV organizations in the EU must use qualified digital certificates stored on a secure USB token. If it is a typical USB token, Notes client can access it, retrieve user certificate, and use it for signing outgoing e-mail (S/MIME). But some USB tokens contain a special secured area, for which additional PIN has to be entered. And Notes client cannot access certificates stored on these secured tokens (=protected by two PINs).
