Please add Follow Up functionality to outgoing mails

Incoming mails can be easily flagged. But often also outgoing mails has to be followed up. I would like to flag outgoing mails before sent with a form action button (or alternativ: after clicking the sent button by dialog box asking me wether I would like to flag the outgoing mail).

note: I think this flag should not be sent in the outgoing mail to the recipients.

    I was just about to reply that this already exists.
    PS: You should take a look at Verse where this feature is easier to access.

    Sorry, I saw now, that this is already possible... you can delete this idea
