Easier way to identify URL/Link and its target (unshorten URL) close to mouse cursor

Notes shows the URL of link as with the status bar. This is not sufficient to the user. Please make the display of the linked content/address closer to the mouse pointer when you perform  a mouse over action.
In case you allow to integrate the client with service to unshorten URLs this would increase the security before a user clicks on a link.

    As an alternative give us the option to configure the client in a way that the user will be asked to really follow that link after clicking on it.

    Addition to idea
    using edit mode (e.g. when forwarding an email with contained links) the function should work too. So far I cannot see the URL in an easy manner (have to use "HotSpot Properties"). Also see https://domino.ideas.aha.io/ideas/NTS-I-51
