Mail Rules: Create option on the "More menu" to "Apply sender email/domain" to and existing rule

The is an option to create a "Quick Rule", but there is no option to include an email to an existing rule based on email/domain, using an alteady existing rule.

It would be nice to be able to select a messagem from the inbox or when the messagem is already oppened and choose an existing rule to be applied in the email or domain.

It would automatically create a new entry in an existing rule using an "OR" operator.

    Quick "Add to Rule" in the same way we do "Deliver to Junk"
