Provide more templates that solve common business problems for small to medium businesses that businesses otherwise need to purchase elsewhere. Examples:
A basic Sales Force Automation
Mass emailings (mailchimp)
Employee timesheet reporting
Time off/vacation requests
Helpdesk Call Tracking
Document Library (make it as convenient as Box, drop box, google docs)
Vehicle Fleet Maintenance tracking
I will provide more examples later. We need to make Notes more attractive to small and medium businesses if it is to grow.
