Richtext light: allow to set the default directory to attach files from in a field.

For a form in a database the files to attach might come usually allways from the same area (e.g. the Downloads folder) - while for Mail the same person would use varous palces to get this files from.

Tying the base setting optionally to a field (or @function formula) instead of to the OS would allow settings to reduce the numbers of click necessary, and give the developer the freedom for various ways how to define this value.
