Reduce / Eliminate Cursor Flickering in Notes Client to make it look more robust

According to me, cursor Flickering is one of the reasons that makes Notes client appear "fragile" , "strange" to many as no other application does that nowadays. For exemple, when you click on a folder on your mail template, cursor goes from arrow to loader to arrow to loader to arrow to loader... (and this even if data is replicated locally)

    "perceived" performance, yes, and also about "impression of fragility" vs "robustness"
