Automatically collapse attachments in preview window

Need to set a different default (expanded) view for attachments in the preview window / pane.

I will attach a screenshot to make it clearer. I could not find any policy setting or setting within the Notes-Client itself.

Recalling some discussing's about this in the past - like here:

But I have not found a way to configure this...

SO the question is basically:

- Can we adjust the location of the attachments of the attachment (top - bottom of the mail).

- Can we set the attachments as default collapsed (instead of expanded) in the preview pane / window =

Is it possible to (maybe even by modification of the mail template -> which we will most likely not do... but still we would like to know if it is a possible technical solution)
