Set Color of e-mail in mailin database

It should be possible to mark an e-mail with a certain color, so that others in that mailin db can see, what the status of this email is

    Color coding already exists as a preference based on the sender of the mail. Can you please confirm  that you are looking for a method to set a specific color on each mail so that other users of the mail-in  database can see it?

    Currently you can modify the mail template in your environment to fit your needs.
