Improve searching and sorting mail by sender

A huge problem now is when users try to find an e-mail by searching or sorting by sender. Often 1 sender appears in different ways in the "Who" column. Some messages appear as <Firstname Lastname> other messages show the e-mail address or part of the e-mail address in the "Who" column and so on.

When searching for a sender name, Notes often suggests phrases that are actually not in the "Who" column. Users don't understand why these values are there because when they click such a suggestion, nothing is found.

Notes should have a way to recognise all messages that are send from the same e-mail address, and show them all in the same way, no matter what the sender specified as sender name. Especially if the user has the sender listed in his/hers local address book.

This is the number 1 complaint we receive from all users regarding Notes mail.
