Multi-user installation with ConfigFile. 

Customer is attempting to perform a custom Notes install using
a ConfigFile and notes.ini file

In the configuration file, they specify information for the
user's mail server:
Domino.Name=servername/Acme
Domino.Address=servername.acme.com
Domino.Port=TCPIP

When the install is completed the user launches Notes for the
first time. They are prompted for their password but the setup
wizard is unable to find the user's mail server that was
specified in the configuration file.
