E-mail not received by to / cc

It has been observed that at times when an e-mail is sent to 2 or more people in the same organization it is not received by all the people. For e.g. xx is sending mail to x and y, ideally both should receive the mail but only one of them receives. As a result x is aware that the mail has been sent to y also but not y due to non-receipt of mail sent by xx. This issue needs to be sorted out on priority.

    The issue was escalated with the support, but they couldn't address the issue.

    Emails are not getting lost all of a sudden. There is a reason why UserX can not find the mail. Please work with HCL support to identify the root cause. I'm sure it's not a bug.
