Customer performed accessibility testing on HCL Notes v11 client and identified that it doesn't have all the interactive user interface elements accessible via the keyboard. This is a High severity accessibility defect that will compromise the usage of the application by users with disabilities.
In order for users to experience the full functionality of the client, the users must use a mouse. However, if the users have accessibility issues w/mouse, they will lose functionality in the Notes Client.
All interactive user interface elements are expected to be accessible via the keyboard. Reference: Section 508, 2.1.1 - Keyboard
