Allow all interactive user interface elements to be accessible via the keyboard when using the Notes Client.
Customer performed accessibility testing on HCL Notes v11 client and identified that it doesn't have all the interactive user interface elements accessible via the keyboard. This is a High severity accessibility defect that will compromise the usage of the application by users with disabilities.
In order for users to experience the full functionality of the client, the users must use a mouse. However, if the users have accessibility issues w/mouse, they will lose functionality in the Notes Client.
All interactive user interface elements are expected to be accessible via the keyboard. Reference: Section 508, 2.1.1 - Keyboard

Example 1: Steps to reproduce: 1. Open “HCL Notes v11” 2. Attempt to navigate throughout the page via the keyboard. ( ** i'm assuming the customer means using the tab and arrow keys)
Noticed that the elements highlighted are not accessible via keyboard. It is expected that all interface elements are accessible via keyboard.
Example 2: Steps to reproduce: 1. Open “HCL Notes v11” 2. Select Contacts + button.
Example 3: Steps to reproduce: 1. Open “HCL Notes v11” 2. Select Contacts button.
Adding this feature in the future releases would allow the affected users to experience the full functionality of the Notes Client.
