Notes Client Crash/Hang Log Analyzer

Given the deeply inherent problems with the Eclipse based Notes Client, it would be great to have some sort of Log Analyzer to help troubleshoot issues such as Client Crashes, Client Hangs (i.e. NOT RESPONDING, etc...).

The purpose of the utility would be to help Administrators determine the root cause of the crash/hang.

Its extremely frustrating when you have absolutely no clue why the client has crashed and/or hung. It can happen very easily (example, the user simply clicks on a document in the inbox and the Client hangs).

I believe the Notes Client team have accumulated, analyzed and evaluated thousands of crash/hang logs over the last several years. Based on this data, I'm sure there are certain patterns and conditions that can be applied to the log data in order to help determine the problem.

Clearly, having such a tool would be a tremendous help to Administrators.
