Disable Out-of-office through Policies or notes.ini Parameter

Requirement is to disable the out-of -office for limited people or across company-wide.

One way is to use OOO as "service" instead of "agent".

The Out of Office service is automatically disabled when the Out of Office time period expires.

The template can also be customize to hide shared action "Tools\Out of Office..." from Domino Designer.

Perhaps playing with ACL might also help in this.

However, Customer doesnot want to perform this using manual intervention and wants generalize approach that can be applied.
