Provide an indication in the User Interface when the number of mail folders approaches the limit that can be supported

Staff can have two thousand or three thousand folders in their mail file, and then report problems with accessing the folders, dragging messages to or from the folders, renaming the folders and moving the folders. Users are unaware that there might be an upper limit to the number of folders, and ask why the Notes interface doesn't warn them they are either approaching a limit or have already exceeded it.

From the user's perspective, that would be ideal. Some would like a folder for every contract number, RMA number, purchase order, etc. However, if the limit can't be removed, then it would be useful to have a warning that the number of folders has been exceeded, and that adding more will result in problems accessing the folders.

How about removing the limit, would that also be an option?
