Need a feature to expand public group of mail address

Currently if we add $ExpandGroups field, public group will expand when we push F9 or sending message.

The customer request us to add a feature to expand public group without F9 or sending message. (If user enter group name in TO field, it will set expanded address immediately.)

    There is an action in the mail form to expand public groups, I guess you can add that to an event
