The router should not be able to send to a recipient with no @ in.

We need that a user could send a mail only to an internet address mail or a fullname with a domino domain. More simple, the router should not be able to send to a recipient whit no @ in.

Already have the person document / Mail in database document in which under the internet field they have a value as "hotline@". Due to this when sender only add hotline word in the recipient field it get resolved in the $user view in the domino directory & send the mail.

Sorry, I dont understand this request. What is the problem here? Of course the router will not be able to transmit the message to an invalid recipient. So of course the sender will get a delivery failure back. This is how mail routing works.
