Add comments to an email

When you receive an email for example from your scanner it has generic name and subject line it would be handy if you could write a comment so you don't have to forward the email and then write what is this scanned document about. Attached a simple screenshot and comment could be in different colour so you know it is a comment.

    Well that is embarrassing. I go what is this person talking about there is no right click edit then I doubled clicked on the email and double clicked again and what do you know you can do that. I never open the emails in the full screen I have them in the preview window and then move them to folders. Thanks Thomas you are life saver.

    You can edit the document in your inbox and change the subject of a mail that you have received.
    + you can use tags to further qualify the mail.
